This page is intended to clarify the most commonly asked questions about purchasing online.

Choose your items carefully as you do not have an automatic right to return goods. See our Return Policy below.
Check that your shipping details are correct; we accept no responsibility for lost goods under this circumstance.
Check that your payment details are correct; we reserve the right to recover any bank or finance charges in this case from you the customer.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You may be contacted by us should your order require; an adjustment in price; is no longer available; has a supply delay or we require clarification.
We do not email you when we dispatch your goods, so if you feel that your order is taking longer than you expected please phone or email us with your order number.
Our website uses the Australia Post online calculator to calculate the correct postage of your order. In some cases this may be incorrect and an adjustment is made. If it has been over quoted we apply the reduction without notice. If it is under quoted we will contact you for confirmation of the new cost before processing the order.
Import Duties and Sales Tax
Charges imposed by the importing country are your responsibility. We advise you to contact your Customs department if you are concerned about these possible charges. Note that we mark the customs declaration as 'personal items not for resale'.
The Australian sales tax (GST) is deducted from the price of goods (not shipping) if the order originates from outside Australia.
Return policyItems you are not satisfied with; because they are not as you envisaged from the online information, can be returned for credit or exchange if in mint condition. Items must be returned within 7 days and have not been used.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and re-shipping charges are at your cost.
All goods are carefully examined prior to shipment. Purchaser is obliged to check delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
Received goods which arrive in a defective or faulty condition will be replaced or fully refunded; upon the provision of adequate proof of damage; and the request is made within 3 work days.
Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Seller's sole responsibility with respect to such claims shall be to replace free of charge any product determined to be defective. Other claims for damages, compensation for expenses for labour, transport or similar are expressly disclaimed.
Natural wear and tear and damage due to improper handling are excluded from indemnification. We shall in particular not be liable for changes to the condition or operating method of our products due to improper storage, climatic or other influences.
Purchaser is obliged to obtain express authorisation from Seller prior to returning goods. In this event, Purchaser shall be sent a returns form and returns sticker, which must be attached to the outside of the goods returned. Returns not bearing our returns sticker will not be accepted.
Credit card details are encrypted and are only held until processed.
Personal information remains in our system for order processing and record keeping purposes. It is not disclosed to any other party unless required to by law.
