Operation (Disco Antistat)

Operation is simple. Fill the Disco-Antistat trough with cleaning mixture. Place a record between the two sides of the label-sized plastic clamp, which contains a spindle protruding from both sides. Screw clamps together against the labels until firm so as to seal the labels from the cleaning fluid.

Insert the clamped record into the fluid filled trough with the spindle resting in the notches provided. The record is then rotated by hand several times around its centre, passing through a pair of goat hair brushes which clean the grooves on both sides simultaneously.

The LP or 45 is then removed from the trough, unclamped and placed in the drying rack for about 10 minutes or so until dry and sparkling clean. The cleaning fluid is then filtered back into the bottle for re-use.

Not only is the Disco-Antistat a highly effective cleaner for your record grooves, but the antistat effect is long lasting. Replacement 1 ltr bottles of THE MIXTURE are readily available as are all the machine parts.

The Disco-Antistat is the most cost-effective vinyl upgrade you can make.
